CORINNA WAHRENDORF
Contact lens specialist, state-certified AO-master, business economist
Corinna, the 1. managing director, has worked at the institute since 1994. She takes care of the organizational, business management and demanding contact lens fitting. For many years she has also been a member of the board of directors of Interlens Contactlinsen-Institute e.V., where she is responsible for further training and development in the contact lens industry.
IRINA WAHRENDORF
Contact lens specialist, optometrist, graduate rehab pedagogue,
state-certified AO master
Irina, the 2. managing director, has been working at the institute since 1989. She takes care of demanding contact lens fittings and is a regular lecturer and speaker at universities and conferences. She was awarded the Peter Abel Prize in 2005 for her diploma thesis “Life Aggravation and Life Organisation of People with the Vision Impairment Keratoconus” at the Humboldt University.
JULIA LESINSKI
Contact lens specialist, Master of Science Ophthalmic Optics / Optometry
Julia has been working in the Institute in the field of contact lens fitting since November 2013. In 2016 she completed her master’s degree at the Beuth University in Berlin and has been fitting all kinds of contact lenses ever since. In her master’s thesis, Julia dealt extensively with the fitting of soft multifocal contact lenses.
VALERIYA MALKINA
Contact lens specialist, Bachelor of Science Ophthalmic optics / Optometry
Valeriya has been working in the institute in contact lens fitting since 2018. Valeriya wrote the practical part of her bachelor thesis at the institute on the topic: “Comparison of the subjective wearing comfort and the physiological compatibility of dimensionally stable contact lenses and swisslens hybrid contact lenses”.
JULIANE KELCH
Contact lens specialist, Bachelor of Science Ophthalmic Optics / Optometry
Juliane has been working at the institute since 2019 and supplies people with contact lenses. She continues to take care of the organisational aspects of administration and registration. In her master thesis, which she wrote at the institute, she investigated “The dependence of the back surface geometry of dimensionally stable contact lenses on the oculus-keratograph-keratoconus classification”.

SANDY HARTMANN

Sandy has been working at the institute since 2019 and takes care of the organisational aspects of administration and registration. Sandy is also responsible for the briefings on contact lens care and contact lens handling.
ISABEL DESGRANGES
Geodata acquisition, Master of Science
Isabell has been taking care of all the organisational aspects of administration and registration at the Institute since 2016. Furthermore, Isabell is responsible for briefings on contact lens care and contact lens handling.
SIGRUN HAACK
Social security clerk
Sigrun has been working at the Institute in registration since 2016. Her professional experience with a statutory health insurance company is valuable. She is responsible for making appointments, sending out goods and invoicing.
